ILR Enquiry

Hey guys,

First of all thank you so much for your great work, and sorry if this is repeated question.
I am Egyptian going to apply for ILR by Feb 2013 (I know it is early to ask, but I always prefered to know what i have to prepare as soon as i can to make sure all is sorted). Currently i am in UK with Tier1 visa.
My main questions are:
1- what will be the required documents i will need?
2- how much maintenance money i have to show?
3- In previous post I asked if I need IELTS or not as proof of english. The response i got is all i need to do is the "Life in the UK test". Can i apply for that test now or it is a bit early?

1- what will be the required documents i will need?
A- All thoses required Docs which you used for your T1 Visa Extention as you have to achive the points again plus co-hab documents for your spouse if you are married.

2-how much maintenance money i have to show?
A- Do not need to show any maintenance money (Best way to go through the form)

Yes you need to do life in the UK test and your wife as well if you are married.

Thank you so much for your answer. My point regarding question 3 is that my application will be on Feb 2013, can I apply for that test now or it is better to wait and have it few month before the application?
