hey there i wanted to ask if anyone can help that;
-my partner was arrested and detained but got own ticket and went pakistan, is that voluntary leave?, if so is it a year ban?
-also im struggling without him and will go pakistan to marry him, when i get docz ready and sponsor him as a spouse what would the chances be of him being granted it as he has previously overstayed?
- i have two children from previous marriage who look upto him as a father, is there anything else i could do to make case stronger.
Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
