what sections to be filled on MN1 where child born in UK

Section 1: Personal information 16
Section 2: Residence 19
Section 3: Parents’ residence in the United Kingdom or the British 20
overseas territories, where applicable.
Section 4: Good character 22
Section 5: Referees and identity 26
Section 6: Consent to the application 27
Section 7: Declaration

Hi in above what sections to be filled for child born in UK. Parents got ILR one year ago.

Hi I am little confused. it says section 1(3)

But in form there is no section 1(3).

Do I need to fill all below sections except section 3?
Section 1: Personal information 16
Section 2: Residence 19
Section 4: Good character 22
Section 5: Referees and identity 26
Section 6: Consent to the application 27
Section 7: Declaration

Section 1(3) is the section in the British Nationality law that you apply under. It has nothing to do with the numbering of the sections in the application form.

Section 4 as stated in the guide is needed if the child is older than 10.
