Dependant visa extension

Post by sheraz_aries » Sat Feb 11, 2012 5:56 pm

Hi
I am going to file my wife dependent visa as tier 1 General dependent.

Her application was rejected earlier on deception that later on approved on Appeal hearing, my question is do i need to write a covering letter along with the extension application form explaining this or do is it just okay to send it without it as the appeal was approved successfully.
Many Thanks

If you won the appeal there would be no need for a new application. Are you referring to an extension? However, if indeed you are making a fresh application it would be useful to explain fully everything about her previous immigration history. There are relevant questions about this on the application form.

Relevant questions about previous immigration history are asked on the application form. Just answer the questions that are asked. She was eventually issued the visa that was refused so it will not be a problem so the fact that it was initially refused will not matter.
