H1B for UK Citizen

Hi,

I need a clarification on H1 B. I'm an Indian currently in UK on TIER 1(General) visa. I would be eligible for my Permanent residence (UK- ILR) during June 2012. In succession to this i would be eligible to claim my British citizenship during June 2013. In between i would like to apply for a H1B petition (precisely during 2013 April) . But when i apply for my H1 petition i would still be on my indian passport (between April and July 2013) and by chance if i get my petition approved by the time i go to H1 stamping (during 1st week of october 2013) i would be an british citizen. Is there any probs. If there is any what is the work around. Any advise on this is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
