the popular question of driving points + fine

Post by mmmalas » Mon Feb 13, 2012 8:42 pm

I am sorry for asking this again, but I got no where last time. and loads of people are asking same question.

I have traffic offense, 3 pionts + £60 fine.

I had not went to court. and paid the money\ send the license for the points.

Do I need to mention this on my application, I had heard two opinions about this, and I dont know if I need to include this on my application or not

thanks for the reply Smallfamily.

I will do indeed then,

I guess you only used the boxed provided to describe the fine?

if so can you tell me what you wrote there roughly.

regards

Hi smallfamily,

It would be great if you could tell us how did you answer the following questions in the application form.

7.1
Do you or any dependants who are applying with you have any criminal convictions in the UK or any other country (including traffic offences) or any civil judgments made against you?
Yes or No

Nature of the criminal offence(s) and/or civil action(s) -give details on a separate sheet and enclose it with this form if you need more space.

Details, including date(s), of the sentence(s) and/or civil judgment(s) - give details on separate sheet and enclose it if you need more space.

Country or countries where the sentence(s) was/were passed or the civil judgment(s) was/were made.

Thanks in advance.

I Put = Yes

I sent my application through NCS so the lady who checked all my documents took a separate page where she mentioned about my 3 driving licence points, the date of offence and for the place she put UK.

Then I signed that piece of paper and she also attached the photocopy of my licence counterpart.

So on the form just put yes and provide rest of the info on a separate page that is what the NCS lady did in my case :!:

Simple is that  Had a successful application :D
