tenancy agreement for ILR

Post by nk_se » Sat Feb 11, 2012 3:28 pm

Hi,
I'm applying for ILR after spending 5 years on a work permit. Going to the PEO this Monday but can't find my tenancy agreement. Do I have to show it? I'm applying on 5 years on a work permit category. Would appreciate your quick replies.

Nothing to worry, you can go to your estate agent and could request them to issue a letter, normally they would charge a small amount + VAT for this service.

Thanks. Anyway I found my tenancy agreement but it wasn't in need. My caseworker said she doesn't need it, she even didn't have a look at my utility bills. I got the ILR though. That's all I needed.
