Tier 1 extension Main (applicant + Dependant) documents

I am about to send my application for Tier 1 Extension (Main Applicant + Dependent). Below are the list of document i am attaching, please do let me know if i missed any:

Main Applicant:

1- Application form
2- 2 passport size pictures
3- last 12 month bank statements [For Maintenance + Earnings]
4- last 12 months payslips
5- Old and new passport

Dependent form:

1- Dependent form:
2- 2 passport size pictures
3- last 3 months main applicants bank statements [for Maintenance]
4- Marriage certificate [for change of name after marriage]
5- Electric Utility bill [Reflecting Main Applicant + Dependent name (Dated November 2011) ]
6- Council tax bill [Reflecting Main Applicant + Dependent name (Dated November 2011) ]
7- Passport

wish you best of luck mate ! kindly include your education proof also in your package. It will cover your degree as well as English language proof . even if they are submitted with initial TIER1 application .

They changed the form on 14 feb 2012 and on one question they asking for:

Is your relationship with the main applicant subsisting?

Do we need to send some evidence here?

BTW, I think your listed docs are enough as they are. No need for extra evidence as it may add confusions. Good luck!

Subsisting means to exist. So as you have already included the electricity and the council tax bill which includes ur wife's name that would be enough. Marriage certificate will prove that you are married.

Actually my wedding certificate is already in english so there is not need for conversion.
