Naturalisation for A8 national ( Hungarian )

Hi moderators,
I've got a very important question:
My EEA national spouse arrived in U.K in september 2005 and she has been working full-time non-stop,also studying ESOL at a college. She applied for workers registration scheme WRS in May 2006 and the certificate of registration was granted in July 2006. She has been working full time since her arrival to the U.K in sept. 2005 till date and has all the necessary documents for naturalisation. She will be taking the life in UK test next month march 2012 and if she passes it, what date exactly do u think she can apply for naturalisation.
1)Counting back on the year she arrived in the U.K ( September 2005 - September 2011 ), Is she due to apply now ( provided she passes the test ) OR
2) She has to wait till July 2012 to apply based on the year( July 2006 ) she got the certificate of registration (WRS).

Your advice will be very much appreciated.

I think she should wait, a lot money involved.

She should wait till July 2012 to apply based on the year( July 2006 )
and you mentioned she is doing ESOL so if she successfuly finish her ESOL then she doesn't need to pass "Life in the UK test"
