NEED ADVICE WITH MARRIAGE VISA

Hey guys,

Im currently in Nairobi, Kenya. My fiance will be visiting me on 14th March and we plan on getting married and then apply for a visa soon after. My concerns are:-
Do you think applying for a visa immediately will be a problem?
What documents do i need to prepare as the applicant
What documents does my fiance need to bring along for me to present at the embassy.
I tried to obtain a visitors visa but i was denied, hope this will not mess up my spouse visa application.
What about evidence, what do i need?
How long does it take for a spouse visa to be processed in Nairobi Embassy.

Have you read through the required document list on form VAF4a?
The refused visa visa shouldn't affect your spouse settlement application.
You can apply immediately after the wedding.

Thanks so much for your reply. I will check the required documents on that form. Also, kindly let me know what documents my fiance requires since he is self employed. Thanks.
