biometrics question, already done during visitor visa

hi i would like to know if my spouse in India she needs to do the biometrics again for spouse visa, she already did in June for general visa..how will they know?

She needs to do them again. All applicants are required to give biometrics when applying for entry clearance/visas regardless of whether they have given them before.
