work permit and ILR

Hi all,
I got my ILR after being 4 years on work permit. I got married while I was on workpermit and she came to UK as work permit dependant.Then I got my ILR (she came to UK a month before I got ILR) . When I applied for ILR i didnt apply for her as she was away at her relatives. Now her 1 year visa is finishing .My questions is
1. Do I have to apply for her ILR similar to what i did.
2. I lost work after ILR and applied for jobseekers just for me. Didnt get housing benefit. Will it affect her ILR.
3. If i start work again and apply for ILR in 3 months when her visa will finish will they ignore the fact that i was claiming.

AFAIK your WP ceased to exist after you got your ILR, so your wife should have applied as a dependant along with you...

Technically she is illegal..
