Hi there,
I am going to be applying in person for my spouse visa within a few days. My company was recently acquired by a much larger multinational, so has recently begun to issue e-payslips instead of original paper copies. So, I have several original paper payslips to hand showing my monthly income throughout the year, but my two most recent ones are internet-only. My husband is also on an e-payslip system.
I have printed out my two e-payslips, and am planning to bring along a work email discussing the change with our office, plus the instructions we received for registering and logging into the e-payslip system. I also have original bank statements that show the same amount listed on our e-payslips deposited into the joint account my husband and I hold. We are also planning to submit letters outlining salary rises and bonuses.
Do I need to get e-payslips stamped by someone in my finance or HR department for them to be valid evidence of funds? Does my husband? Or should the original bank statements, salary letters, bonus letters and contracts be enough to check against?
