Need Help Tier2 - Switching from PSW to Tier 2

Hi All,

I am applying for tier 2 general soon. I have been working with my employer since a year now. Right now I am on PSW. So, basically I am switching from PSW to Tier 2 General. My Employer has got the COS for me and have given me the COS ref. number for further application process.
I have few question as follows:-
1. My job role is Web Development (Title IT developer) and Salary £20500
2. I am applying from UK itself.

So do I qualify with all basic rules? I really look for positive reply.

is your salary at or above the minimum level as set out in in the code of practice for your role?

Are you a web designer or a web developer?

Your Salary must match the SOC. I don't think your salary is enough. Web designer salary must be 26K and something similar for a developer. Check the Section J in SOC.
