Have you done your full time study in UK and completed it? e.g: bachelors, Masters degree etc etc

When is your TIER4 visa is expiring?

Does your employer has a sponsorship license?

Whats a holiday letter?
In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on :)

Your employer still required to do a RLMT to sponsor you I think, Check the guidelines.

If you have completed your studies and obtained a qualifications then its fine.

Getting a sponsorship license has nothing to do with your company's reputation. As long as they supply the necessary documents they can get it.

Look into your Job title at the SOC list, See how much you are required to be paid for the job title.
