IVA Affect on Naturalisation

Hi,

One of my Friend is going to apply for Naturalisation in next Month and he is currently on IVA. Can any body help me that any IVA or debt Management will affect on Naturalisation Application.

i don't think so.....it may only help to show credibility and willingness to pay back your debts which is one of the statements made in the 'good character' requirement.

I may not give u the best information and hopefully a senior member or guru could help you....but my thought is no....it won't affect your application

Thank you very much for your advice I also read the section 7.7.1 and I didn't found anything against IVA but for the further advice I am looking to Guru or Senior Members.
