Dear Friends

I am switching visa Tier4 to Tier 2 Gernal. Tier 2 requirement student must complete one year study during last stay in uk. my question is I am result awaiting ,I have complete pgd one year. My college issue me study completion letter.
College letter issue date was 10 feb 2012
But I will apply Tier-2 22th march 2012.
My question is my letter will valid or not because UKBA said all documents should be issue with in month date. Please guide me this rule for bank statement or for college letter also.
