applying for stamp 4 on my own right after divorce

would anyone tell me: how to apply for stamp 4 on my own right after divorce? I have been married for 4 years and have eight months baby girl. Im on full time education since a got my stamp in 2008. what should I do? what document to supply? when I inform the immigration that Im separating from my wife what will happen? help please?

right now u would be the holder of 4EUFam which u got on the bases of your EU spouse. Since you are married more than 3 years and if u r divorced now you could retain your residence card exercising your own treaty rights but if you are divorced and separated its on the discretion of the minister to retain your residence card or revoke it.

Firstly we need to know which type of stamp4 he hold.

From the post, it is difficult to say it is EUFam.

Secondly it is not at ministers discretion that people retain rights of residence, but only if the meet the criteria specifically set out in the directive.

well I have stamp 4 EUfam and do u know what I need to supply as document to be considered on my own right? And the fact that Im irish citizen father is not enough for them to considered my stamp as stamp 4. anyway, I can prouve that we have been living together for 4 years. so guys your advice will be helpfull. Thanks
