Hi

My question is that I have got indefinite leave to remain since Oct 2011. My wife and child got discretionary leave to remain till 2014. We got visas at same time. My child was born in UK . We are Pakistani national .

I am applying for family tax credit. Will it effect on my neutralisation or further visa extension of my wife. According to my visa status she can take benefit and so that I. However since my child was born in UK , So I am going to apply MN1 Form for her any way. I am just worried about when I apply for citizenship will it have negative impact that I taking family tax credit or when my wife applies for visa extension in 2014 , will it impact wrongly on her extension.
