Please I need to clarify the following

When I applied for spousal visa they took my biometric and fingerprints now I have to fill the form that asks if I have been given a biometric resident permit is that the vignette in my passport ?

Or I should answer no because is another thing

If you were issued a biometric card, put that detail.
I don't know which form are you filling, but if you answer YES then I think there is an option to put other details like date and place of providing biometric detail, if you don't have BRP card.

I checked my passport again all I see is the visa no vignettes ,
the questions are :

have you been issued with a biometric residence permit with a previous application for leave?

BRP number

ISSUE date
Expiry date

Unless they are taking about the visa itself it doesn't show those details
they took my biometrics and fingerrints twice but is the same than BRP?

the visa is the vingette.

A BRP is a card issued for in country applications when biometrics are given. Biometrics are provided for out of country applications but BRPs are not issued, a visa/entry clearance sticker (vingette) is instead placed in the passport.
