Who is a PARTNER? Help or Link, THANKS!

Post by Santos » Wed Oct 11, 2006 10:37 pm

Hi, advisor or moderator, kind person, OR any soulmate!

SEARCHED BUT DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT PARTNER
requirements: Is just a girlfriend graduated enough to gain
those necessary 10 points? What are the evidence of living
together for two years? Could we both share flat or room?

PLEASE, LINK OR COPY PASTE any ideas or candiDates!
I need just a little to succed. What are possible ways?!?

31 male, in London on student visa... which is ending quite soon.
1. Work permit was refused as no proof of nationals, bla-bla-bla.
2. Some lawers say No chance, others Extend your student study;
3. All advise me consider HSMP. I did Calculator gives: 60 points!

I have MSc = 25, Worked in Russia 7 yrs of which 3-senior =35.
Earning in my part of the world below any grids. Here I work as
a student already 5 months, earned much below to gain scores.

To comply with HSMP: I need either PARTNER (graduated one) or
win a noble prize..., or earn alot of money, then why need HSMP.

Thanks for any bit of information! And let everyone get LUCK!

You and your partner, are the two of you living together in a relationship akin to marriage? If so, for how long have the two of you been doing that?

Well,
we are not living together,
but meeting regularly...
from February. Helpful?
Not sure about marriage:
first, if settle with HSMP,
then we could consider
uniting our souls and etc.

Thanks, for any responses
And Best luck who needs!

Do appreciate that the rules for HSMP have been redrawn .... and there are no longer any points for spouses/partners!

When? 7th November! The HSMP section of this Board has more detail, for example in this topic.

keep that in mind if my eea partner application fails which i hope it wont

good that give points for income on a sliding scale

although if you dont earn over 30,000 pounds or have a phd you struggle
