Is it Earnings before Tax or after Tax and Benefit deduction

Hello everyone,

My salary is 52K based on that my take home is different since I pay for Medical, Dental & Tax.

When we are looking at the earnings section does it need to be actual income earned or totally earnings before tax and deductions. Any replies please help!!

It is the gross amount ... before any deductions are taken off.

total gross earning before tax deductions.
