HSMP under new rules( AGE+ ENGLISH req)

Hi
I have two points of concern under the new HSMP rules.
ILETS: I have done my MSc from UK recently, do I still needs to give them the ILETS result
AGE: I am planning to apply in Jan 2007 and at that time my age will be 27 years and 6 months. Is that be considered as under 27??
Senior members, please advice so that I prepare my dox accordingly.

IELTS: Yes you will still need to take

Age: will count as 27
