Quebec Provincial Selection

Thanks for the answers you give to the questions.

I have three questions particular to the People Selected for Quebec Provincial Immigrant. These are:

(1) If I have 15 years of full time studies at my country, can I claim the point for equivalent years of studies in Quebec.

(2) As Quebec Immigrant, how long I must stay in Quebec??? Are there any rules in this regards. What if, i want to shift to another province after a month from Quebec??

(3) If, there are any rules to stay in Quebec, are there any ways to shift to another province??

Let me tell you my problems. I do not have anyone known in Quebec. but I have friends and relatives in some other province. and of course, i am not fluent in French and surely, i shall not be getting any suitable Job.
