My company does not provide leave approval letter and any signature or seal

what are the alteratives?,is this document mandatory?

B) For UK or Germany, you do not need to submit any holiday approval letter while submitting your visa application. You need to show strong reason that you will return back to your home country. A letter from your employer helps strengthen your case, but its not mandatory. You can also get a letter from your employer saying that you are currently employed with them and are a permanent employee (if that is the case) or a contract employee (mention contract end date)
