Is Notice Pay by company is part of earning?

Hi,

I was paid Notice Pay for 2 months by my last employer in Dec 2005. It was an Lay-Off, I was relieved in 15 Dec 2005 and was paid up to Feb 15 the notice pay.

Can I Include Notice Pay by company as part of total earning?

I have follwing evidences in that regard:
1. Full and final statement
2. Tax declaration by company (Form 16)
3. Bank statement

Please suggest, it is very very urgent as 5 Dec date is not very far...

Not an expert my self, but as long as that income is declared for tax purposes you can use it, i used my bonus as part of my earning. I guess as long as you have a proof that the income is declared for tax purposes you should be fine.
