20 November revised website application forms and guidance notes will be available from this site; and, from


27 November paper copies will also be available from our distribution centre (telephone 08705 210224).

Work Permits (UK) will continue to accept applications made using the previous version of the application form up to and including 22 December 2006. Please note the change of address for the receipt of your application forms. If you send forms to the previous address this may delay the consideration of your application.

All applications received after 22 December 2006 must be on the new application forms.
