Tier 2 ICT - is there a salary threshold for ILR?

Post by DesperateIndian » Sun Apr 29, 2012 11:24 am

Hi,

I tried to check if this question was asked here before. Couldn't find any direct references. I read somewhere that to get an ILR on tier 2, the salary must be £ 35K or more. I entered UK on Tier 2 ICT before April 2010 (August 2009 to be precise) . Does this rule apply me as well? I hope not.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

You seem to be asking about conditions that will be in place in 2014. Who can say? The rules as they are now can be found here in paragraph 245GF
