Thanx again :-D. That's an interesting story.

I live in an apartment, so my letter box is located in the ground floor. Hopefully if any letter does come, I hope the letters will come safely into my letter box.

email AIT n ask them whether hey recvd it or not and whn did they sent u the acknowledgement letter :)
syma dnt make travel plans before u hear anything...

yea my husband's going to email them today coz usually he gets a quicker reply then me.

we had a small private wedding with jus family around, we need to do a proper reception and due to various reasons everyone wants to do that in september. we are going to book evrything for that in next couple of weeks, do u think thats wise??
p.s if we dont do it in sep we wont be able to do it till jan2013, so really we had to pick between the two:s

hahaha...u r stuck in my situation...me n my hubby had a court marriage in uk in july last yr wid only 2 witnesses...
n after waiting for soooo long coz of appeal, we did our indian wedding in jan, 2012...
n i booked everything within a span of 5 days prior to wedding...

trust me, i went crazy...
its totally upto u both to decide whether u wld like to tk a chance or not...

well its not like there not going to grant the visa isit..
according to my calculation lol the ECM will get a deadline for mid-august and God forbid if he doesnt overturn the decision it'll be in court towards end of Nov...so even if i dont get it by sep i'll get it by end of the year latest...ami right in thnkn that??

Status hasn't been changed.It got changed on Friday evening so hopefully

Geographically India is huge, so I'm guessing whilst there are a lot of ACs there are far and wide and travelling to one is inconvenient?

Neither UKBA Pakistan or UKBA India have updated their websites with the March processing times yet, we're into May. I think the March and April processing times will be despicable.

I havent heard anything till now, hoping this friday as based on last few weeks status has changed on fridays for most members
