I understand nederland is also promting skilled immigrations on the lines of HSMP. If anybody has the website , please share.

No, not yet. There are only some plans which have been drawn out. They'll decide upon them after the new government is in place.

There is already a program called Knowledge Migrant which is similar to HSMP.

yes, but it is not similar to HSMP. It requires the migrant in question to be able to find a job in The Netherlands before being able to go there, and there is a only a five year residence permit awarded.

and it is not based on any points system like the HSMP.
