Applying for Spouse Visa. Need Suggestions

Hi
Me and my girlfriend recently got married in the local civic center after getting COA.
My girl friend holds ILR, she got it 10 months ago.
I am holding a student visa, due to expiry on Jan 2007.I am going to apply for Spouse visa, but here are my questions.

My girl friend only got part time( earnings per month 500£) she is not claiming any public funds.On the other hand i am also working part time and due to finish my M.Sc in software engineering in Sep 2007.We are staying in a shared house renting a double bed room.

If i apply for FLR with the following documents i.e,
My pay slips, her pay slips.
My three months bank statements, her bank statments.
My University letter about my course.
Marraige certificate.

Also to mention i get funds from my parents in india.Is there any chance of getting Spouse visa or waste of time and money.

I will be greatful if any one can reply.
