Post by leoguy » Tue Nov 28, 2006 12:43 pm

Hello!
I have booked a flight to Denmark for Christmas and New year before the recent changes for HSMP took place.
I will be applying from India in few days.
Can someone tell me,if i can apply under urgent treatment
showing my valid Danish visa and booked flight ticket.
one of the neccesity for me to apply for urgent treatment is that my Danish visa is going to expire soon.

Please reply soon guys!
cheers!

No.

How does it matter if you are travelling to Denmark?? You haven't submitted your passport !!! Travel, enjoy, and come back while your HSMP application is being processed.

I personally think you can apply becaus they dont think logically all they follow is there notes . If the urgent treatment forms says "Pre-Booked holidays" go for it.

Thanks for the replies .Would like to go for it, as the rules say pre booked holidays come under urgent treatment.i dont want to suffer cos of the 27day break.
Think im certainly going by the rules and my requirements.

Thanks again.

Hello Guys,

Where is that mentioned in the HSMP guide notes that if one has the pre-booked tickets then one can apply for URGENT TREATMENT?

Thanks,
