Is it possible to request a 2nd review?

Sent request for 1st review on 21 Oct. To date case not assigned to a case worker.
Want to know if it is possible to request a 2nd review after 5 Dec based on old system, if refusal is received for 1st review.

Yes, you can still go for the second review until and unless the letter received from HO providing results of your first review specifically states otherwise.
