Remarriage:Spouse visa

Guys I need your valuable advice.
6 months ago I got divorce with my wife in India through Indian court.


I have got Permanent Residency visa and have permanent job.
My ex wife also have permanent residency but living in India and she is not coming back to UK.

Now I am going to get married again in two months time.
I need to know what document she may need to join me on spouse visa.
Do I have to first registered my divorce in UK before she apply for visa?
Do I have to inform home office about my divorce?.

Ah, is a foreign divorce recognised in the UK? Quite a complicated area and you might need to seek legal advice. But initially have a read of this PDF file, in particular Section 5.
