I am applying 2nd application from India, 1st was refused on the basis of work experience.
Please clarify my doubts

* I have awarded 15 points for my B.E degree (Bachelor degree)
so i am planning to give the letter from university and college (2 letters) as the evident for "english language"
is this ok?
