Switching from Tier 2 ICT- Urgent pls help

Hi

I would like to know what are the options available for me to Switch to Tier1( to switch the company /to work as independent contractor) .My Tier 2 (ICT)is valid from Jan 2010 and I am in UK from Feb 2010. Any help is appreciated.
