I need information regarding Power of attorney attestation for documents from India.

I want to know what is the process and do i need to have my passport since i have applied for ILR and my documents r with home office.

Hi,
I am planning to buy a land back home in India on my name.
I am currently in UK. Is it possible to register it on my name being in UK?
I can give my parent full rights to buy it.

Is there any doc that needs my signature from India apart from POA.
if so, i can ask my parents to send here to UK and i can sign it and send it back.

Or is there any other doc should i provide in addition to power of attorney.
is this power of attorney doc is only specific to a land/place or its a general one.

Will UK embasy provide more info on this?
Can anyone please guide us to section where we can find more info on this.
