I have completed 5 years in UK as Work permit holder and Tier 2 (ICT). Please find my below dates. My first start day into UK as work permit holder on 10-Feb-07.

I had entered into UK with new tier 2 visa on 19-Jan-11 after 66 days of stay in India (see the attached). I had to go to india for renewing my residence permit due to lack of lead time required as per our company directive.

Could you please let me know if I am eligible for applying ILR?
