I don't KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT COA ITS ALMOST A MONTH NOW THAT THE FORMER ONE GOT EXPIRED
That has always been there concerning other EEA nationals minor children residing in the UK. Their parents are not permitted to work whilst in the UK with them but Zambrano is about a British national child or children(well which UKBA has so far interpreted as their SOLE Carers having the right to live and work in the UK). I will still read along, I may be missing something here. But all the best to all in these times.easy77 wrote:D amendment included zambrano, they called it derivative residence permit, its in 15A.
