MN1 Query - Sec 1.1

Hi,
I am filling MN1 form for my child and I believe for my one child who born in UK - I can fill as section 1(3). Is it correct?
For my other child who born outside UK - I am not sure which section applies? I am planning to apply for natulization with whole family.
Please advice.
