Hello friend of mine lives in UK on HSMP visa and he wants to bring his girlfriend from Croatia to live in UK. Is there a souch a visa that will allow his girfriend to live and work in UK? Is he able to be a sponsor>?

Can get HSMP dependeant VISA for her showing the evidences that they were partners for some earlier period.

Totally agree, if your partner is away in a different country and you are not living together, it will make it difficult for you to prove that you are genuine partners.

You will have to submit as much evidence as possible to prove your case. If I were you, I would take help(payed) from an expert who knows how to deal with cases like this.
