section 11 selection

hi,

can someone help in below queries please
i had HSMP on 05/aug/2007 and extension(to tire 1 general) on 27/jul/2009
1) in section 11 i comes under 11L, is this right?
2) 75 points is enough for my qualification, is this right?
3) bit silly question, when filling the application form when they ask us to tick the checkbox, we are supposed to cross it, am i right in saying that?
