packing application

Just to share my idea:
My application package is a 12 pages note book/dossier, each page has a visible page number :

Title Page number

Cover Letter and contents 0

HSMP Application Form 1

Explanation notes on the HSMP form and supporting documents 2

Birth certificate & copy of the passport 3

MA degree award letters, BA Diploma and transcript of BA degree showing that English was the language of instruction at the university 4

Letter regarding working experience in XXX 5

Letter regarding working experience at XXX 6

Letter regarding working experience in XXX 7

Ref Letter from a colleague working in a UK government institution 7

Ref Letter from another colleage working in a UK government institution 7

A sample certificate acquired during my work in XXX 7

Letter regarding working experience XXX 8

Job offer letter and contract from a UK based company 9

Reference letters from two recruitment agencies based in the UK 10

Miscellaneous corresponding and registry with some recruitment 11

Miscellaneous advertisements 12

How does it sound? I hope my caseworker can appreciate my systematic packing!

gulgon,
I made sections of what you are describing as page nos here. So basically 12 sections and page nos from 1-99 (or whatever). Sections numbered as in the hsmp application . In addition I thought it better to number each page sent so that i can receive the whole pack back and be sure that nothing 's gone missing !

I don't think using different languages than English is helpful for all board members, do you?

1. What's the idea behind getting ref letter from someone working in UK? R U also currently in UK? :idea:

I had met two guys from a UK state department in a seminar to which I had participated as a representative of my government. I asked them to write a ref for my english and deep interest and blu blu so they did.. it might at least approve my english and my work exp... I tought
