Change of address during MN1 Application Process

Hi

i have applied British citizenship for my son using NCS service in Hounslow Registrar office on June 25th. Whilst making this application we did inform that we have scheduled our relocation to a new address and that detail too was filled in the form we have submitted. The person from NCS asked us to contact border agency over phone and let them know, i tried doing this and could not suceed.

We have not received any letter from HO. Could you please any of you know how to contact HO...
