reg UK ex as student- Letter from HO for student permission

Hello all,

If anyone claiming points under UK exp as a student i have one question.

I have studied in MSC,Computer networks in UK from17 September 2001 to January 2004 , HSMP team needs letter from HOME OFFICE ( in original letterhead) stating that " I got permission from home office to remain in UK as a student for the course duration".
I have sent couple of mails to "wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk"
requesting the letter for the same and i didnt get any response from them yet, please let whom to contact,

This is question have been asked, but until now nobody know
What does " got permission from home office to remain in UK as a student for the course duration" means ?

As fas as many have concerned as a srudent what you get is only:
-uncondiaitonal oiffer from university.
- student visa for the duration of your study.

Nobady have received letter from HO ?.

Could someone who know abput this to come forward please ??
