EEA 4 application when the marriage didn't last for 3 years

I was a family member of an EEA National and holder of the 5 years EEA Residence card. I would like to know if there is any possibility for me to get my PR approved when our marriage lasted for just 2 years 8 months. No children but was a victim of domestic violence at some point in the relationship but no Police reports to back it.

Were you divorced after 2.8 or did that come later, after 3? With regard to the five year residence period under question, what activity have you been doing since the divorce and what activity was your partner doing prior to the divorce?
