Wage Slips and P60s - help

Post by hassan09 » Tue Dec 26, 2006 1:18 pm

Hi

i have a friend applying for HSMP extension and he came accros a compnay who make P60s and wage slips for little amounts, In his case, he and his partner have their wages comming to the same account, and his only bet to get extension is to show her wages as his and get those fake wage slips, they look real and he can show genuine bank statments to show that he was getting money. Also couple of year ago he had been working for that company as well so he might be able to get a refference letter.

My question is, what are the chances for him to get into trouble. and i think the only way homeoffice can check is to ask inland revenue and as his tax a NI contributions would be lower than what it should be. they can figure it out I dont know if the homeoffice have such an access and whether they make these checks regulary. please advise.
