Urgent:Flying with a TIER1

Hi guys,
Need some urgent advice. I have a PSW issued on MAy2012 and Iam trying to fly now. (i have neva been to the UK after the issuance)
1)Is it possible to fly without a job
2)Is it possible to apply for a dependent visa for my wife( I have the necessary funding in my account)
3) Will the immigration stop me for arriving late? What would be the maximum time allowed if I am not leaving this month

Any help would be appreciated as this is too critical to me at this point of my life!!!

You will be fine. You don't need a job offer to enter UK.

There is no time limit as to when you can enter the country. You can apply for your dependent if you have the required funds.

Thanks a lot every1!! Reached UK with just 7 months on the visa

Had a few questions from the immigration officer tho!! She verified if would be permitted inside and I had no further issues after that
