booking premium service help

hi everybody

i am trying to book an premium service online and i have found the dates available at particular center but it asking for the case id which is given in an invitation letter but i haven't got any invitation letter .so how can i book the premium service online if anybody can help

As far as i know, UKBA does not offer any premium service for this visa category.
