LIUK

Post by sham111 » Thu Jul 26, 2012 11:16 am

Hi,

I am on Tier 1G and eligible for ILR early next year. My wife will apply for FLR(M) then.

Q1)My question is can we both write LIUK now or whether she has to wait near the time when she eligible for ILR as the syllabus is changing in autumn this year.

Q2) What doc she require for FLR(M) any other english language test. She hold a IT degree taught in english?

Q3) what docs she requires for ILR including english test etc.

Many thanks in advance. Plz answer.

It appears that under current regulations a KOL pass certificate will be accepted for a later application of ILR if the test is taken now, before the introduction of the new test material.
Does your wife hold either a Batchelors or Masters degree taught in English?
If so, this would be acceptable for FLR(M).
Have a read through the guide notes on forms for FLR and ILR on the UKBA website. This will tell you what is required.
